JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for providing basic IT help to the company’s customers within L1 support (computers, laptops installation & support, printers, Active Directory accounts, SW).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Advanced user Windows OS
• Advanced SW installation knowledge
• Knowledge MS Office 2016/2019/365
• HW (RAM, external and internal SSDs) knowledge
• Windows server (DNS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory) – Basic knowledge
