As a QA Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our transactional and marketing portfolio across multiple channels. You’ll have the exciting responsibility of testing the Front-end side, covering functionality, content, and design. Your expertise will be crucial in giving the green light to send emails to production.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to create comprehensive test strategies, execute manual testing, and provide insightful reports on the test results. The collaboration will be key as you work closely with Product Owners, Front-End Developers, and Engineers from our global team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Frontend E2E software testing (both manual/automation – 50/50)
• Test the e-mail channel, web UI
• Cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox etc.)
• Develop detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases that leave no stone unturned
• Tracking defects and helping troubleshoot issues

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You have a proven track record of at least 3 years in multi-platform testing. This experience can include websites, apps, emails and software. Familiarity with e-commerce is highly appreciated.
• Advanced communications skills in Engish (the position requires frequent presentations to product owners & other stakeholders)
• You should be ok to have meetings if needed after 6 pm CET time to time.
• Advanced English (min. B2/C1) is a must
• Knowledge of various SW testing methods (Regression, Load/Stress, Code Coverage Analysis, Black/White box testing, Acceptance, Performance) – must-have
• Familiarity with creating test plans based on end-user scenarios.
• Experience in cross-platform client testing (iOS, Android, Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox etc.)

It would be great if you also have the following:

• Experience with tools like Postman, Cypress and Kibana.
• Test automation experience using Java or other standard frameworks like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with various testing methods, including regression testing.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in an agile team and an international environment.
• Exposure to email marketing campaign designs.
