You will play a key role in transforming Chemical CX by providing data-driven VOC insights, shaping CX product features, and implementing a CX metric framework, including NPS. You’ll support the global VoC COE team, drive adoption of Medallia, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

JOB SUMMARY

• Act as a key change agent for Chemical CX transformation with data-driven insights.
• Formulate actionable insights from customer data analysis.
• Engage relevant organizations with a call to action.
• Identify opportunities and shape CX product features and programs.
• Implement a CX metric framework, including NPS setup and rollout.
• Integrate CX metrics and conversations into daily operations.
• Be part of a global team supporting VOC capability adoption and value capture.
• Operate and support Medallia business model.
• Continue journey to a fully integrated CX solution across the customer journey.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis (practical experience using Excel and Power BI). 
• Strong Data Management & Analytics skills. 
• Process Management & Continuous Improvement. 
• Proven ability to work in virtual, global teams. 
• Strong multi-level communications. 
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Chemical business knowledge and commercial background preferred.
