Japanese technology company, specializes in consumer and industrial electronics – currently have a new open position for an experienced IT Coordinator – Manager in the field of networking and IT infrastructure and installation. The customer is a multinational clothing company in the retail industry. 

Location is near Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region. The project will run from June 2025, for a three months with possibilty of extension. The candidate must join from June this year. We are looking for experienced candidates who can work as a freelancers – skilled technical enginner – coordinator/manager.

POPIS POZICE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate on-site IT Installations incl. IT Infrastructure and IT Workstation Hardware installations related to the project and ensure progress is met according to the overall time plan and delivery is to specification
• Responsible for coordination of vendors activities for on-site IT installation incl. configurations, installations, access for network equipment installations and inspections of products and services in alignment with commercial agreements
• Define and align IT Installation plans with project management and local stakeholders, ensuring IT installation milestones align with the overall project plan
• Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including project, local, regional, central Logistics and Business Tech to ensure successful delivery of on-site IT installations as part of overall project delivery
• Ensure procured hardware is delivered according to agreement

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

SKILLS:

• Proven knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Wireless Networks, Workstation hardware and software, Printers, etc.)
• Able to identify, understand and highlight any risks and impact from quality, cost and time plan perspective
• Clear communication skills, being able to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Czech native + English language professional (daily meeting with stakeholders from abroad)
• Active business license (IČO)
• Ability to manage projects and be organizationally skilled
• Be able to start from June 2025
• Location near Cheb – willigness to work onsite
