The worldwide company and excellent CRM Tech team is looking for a Business Operation and Channel Manager – you will be supporting the Team Lead in a dual-role.
You will be responsible for owning some Business Operations duties for the CRM Organisation to help improve organisational culture, health & collaboration. In addition, the role will likely require work on Channel Strategy to help drive reach & engagement with company emails strategy. The time split between Business Operations and Channel Strategy will vary based on business needs.
On top of this excellent opportunity, you can join our team physically in the Prague office twice or three times a week, rest of the days HO.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize and facilitate internal and external CRM cadences and CRM platforms for internal users
- Manage CRM budgets + Co-Create a CRM content platform and define a standing set of reports across CRM to be produced for different forums.
- Support Communications Team with internal marketing comms.
- Coordinate engagement surveys and action plans.
- Foster Team Culture and personal development by designing processes and initiatives.
- Growing channel reach via Email (re)opt-in strategy & project execution (in collaboration with engineers, product managers, creative agencies).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Email activities
- Competitor Analysis and Monitoring of external factors impacting email channel performance
- Understand email channel health by analyzing, consolidating and presenting data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experienced CRM professional, familiar with CRM channels, KPIs and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and on track.
- An interest in driving organizational culture, health initiatives and more efficient workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
- Expertise in writing clear, actionable product briefs. Analytical understanding and approach for data readouts (particularly email channels and campaigns).
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to deliver and optimise CRM outcomes.
- Fluency in English is required
- 4 – 5+ years of experience and more
