As part of this transformation, we are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Expert who will play a critical role in the group-wide ERP rollout. This role focuses on the MM, PP, QM, EWM, and IBP modules and offers a clear path toward a future leadership position within the Supply Chain & Operations SAP team. You’ll receive full support and a tailored development plan to help you grow into this leadership capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within your domain
• collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
• ensure alignment with project management methodologies and internal standards
• contribute to the preparation of business cases and project documentation
• application Development & Enhancements
• translate business needs into scalable, effective SAP solutions
• customize and configure SAP modules to maximize business value
• document solutions and ensure compliance with internal technical standards
• application Support & Operations
• provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP ECC (during transition) and SAP S/4HANA
• troubleshoot incidents and provide expert consultation to stakeholders
• support users through testing, training, and adoption of new functionalities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• proven experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA full-cycle implementation, including data migration and hands-on project leadership
• deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes and how to leverage S/4HANA functionalities effectively
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience in relevant modules: MM, PP, QM, EWM, IBP
• good understanding of SAP security, authorizations, and compliance standards
• fluency in English (B2–C1); Czech or Slovak is a significant advantage for long-term leadership development
• solid understanding of SAP FI/CO integration with manufacturing and inventory workflows
• previous experience leading functional SAP teams is a strong plus
• familiarity with SAP Clean Core strategy and SAP BTP development is a bonus

• university degree in Economics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
• previous exposure to FMCG environments is an advantage
