Lanškroun, Czech Republic (3 days/week onsite), English-speaking, Freelance Contract

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving change and optimizing business systems? Worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions, is looking for an experienced freelance Senior IT Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Program at our key European manufacturing site in Lanškroun, Czechia.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex environments, understands enterprise systems (especially Oracle EBS), and is ready to lead initiatives that modernize how we work—without sacrificing precision or pace.

This role requires onsite presence 3 days a week in Lanškroun, Czech Republic. Fluency in Czech is NOT required, but excellent English is a must.

JOB SUMMARY

• Lead strategic business transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Manufacturing.
• Manage projects using Agile/SAFe methodologies with tools like Jira, Miro, and MS 365.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels: lead workshops, align goals, drive consensus.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP optimization.
• Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.
• Report project status, risks, and milestones clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

• Jira, Miro, Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Visio (for process mapping), Windows OS
• Agile/SAFe framework understanding

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Solid background with Oracle EBS and other ERP platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
• Strong business acumen across corporate functions.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or physical product delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – fluent English required.
• Certifications like PMP or SAFe Agile are a strong advantage.
