Are you an experienced EDI Specialist looking to work in a multicultural, innovative environment within the automotive industry?

We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize EDI systems for a global manufacturer.

This is a hybrid role based onsite in Čejč 3 days per week, after onboarding, you can work up to 2 days per week from home.

Czech language is not required; we’re looking for someone fluent in English (French is a plus).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of EDI systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical and functional EDI issues in collaboration with IT, ERP, and business teams.
• Analyze customer and supplier EDI requirements, design solutions.
• Develop and optimize EDI mappings, transformation logic, and workflows.
• Support and lead system upgrades, version updates, and new tool integrations.
• Collaborate on ERP integrations (Infor M3, SAP, or similar) and API-based connections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping streamline processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Solid understanding of automotive supply chain EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI X12, ODETTE).
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP, or other), ERP-EDI mapping development.
• SQL, Java programming, and API integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues.
• Prior experience in a similar IT support/integration role.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to work onsite in Čejč and travel occasionally to France for collaboration with central IT team.
