JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade IT systems and infrastructure.
• Administer and monitor multiple VMware vCenter environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Manage IT assets across their lifecycle and maintain compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Design, deploy, and test disaster recovery solutions for global applications.
• Administer Okta Identity Management for SSO and MFA.
• Manage Office 365 enterprise tenant, including Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Oversee secure email gateways (Mimecast, O365 ATP) and maintain Active Directory (Group Policy, Sites and Services, DNS).
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
• Identify cost-effective solutions, perform research, and provide written recommendations for system improvements.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor server and network uptime and recommend improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for infrastructure issues and contribute to multiple projects independently or as part of a team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Experience managing VMware vSphere, including vCenter upgrades and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of storage technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in collaborative teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical certifications preferred: VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in System Administration or IT infrastructure roles.
• At least 1 year of exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
