WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support operational departments in defining and implementing process and organizational changes.
• Act as an internal consultant and primary contact for stakeholders.
• Keep key users informed about new functionalities, releases, and enhancements.
• Ensure system quality through internal testing and validation.
• Support integrations across connected modules and applications.
• Perform system customizing and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide second-level support and higher.
• Prepare development requests for the relevant module.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead selected SAP projects and participate in the full implementation cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP and initial experience in SAP QM.
• Additional experience in SAP modules such as PM, SD, MM, or WMS is an advantage.
• Strong SAP process knowledge focused on production, logistics, and related secondary processes.
• Experience with MES systems and ABAP is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Very good English proficiency (German is an advantage, not a requirement).
