JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of agile software solutions.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy applications that streamline business processes.
• Handle maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution with a strong focus on performance, quality, and security.
• Collaborate daily with international colleagues in English.
• Grow your expertise through continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and involvement in communities of practice.
• Keep an eye on market trends and proactively recommend innovations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience with Appian or other low-code/automation platforms.
• SQL (especially Oracle), BPMN basics, API/integration experience.
• Unix server skills or experience with Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with QA principles, testing practices, and secure development.
• Ability to navigate IT standards, procedures, and policies.
• Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe practices.
• Strong spoken and written English for cross-team collaboration.
