We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to become the first QA hire within the platform engineering organization. This is a strategic role where you will define the QA vision, establish testing standards, and build scalable frameworks across multiple engineering pods.

This is not about executing someone else’s test plan. You will define what quality means.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define the QA strategy for AI-powered and integration systems
• Design testing frameworks for both probabilistic systems (AI agent outputs) and deterministic systems (API contracts, data pipelines)
• Build integration test suites validating end-to-end flows across agent pipelines, channel adapters, and data services
• Establish scalable quality gates and release criteria
• Identify and prioritize testing of high-risk areas: AI pipelines, external integrations, and new data flows
• Mentor a second QA engineer as the team expands

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience testing AI/ML systems with non-deterministic outputs
• Strong background in automated testing for APIs, integration flows, and data pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and testing frameworks (e.g., pytest)
• Ability to work across multiple teams and codebases
• A strong perspective on what “quality” means for AI-driven products
• Fluent Czech and English language skills

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with LLM-based or agent-based systems
• Contract testing / consumer-driven contracts
• Testing API gateways, webhooks, or multi-channel integrations
• Performance and load testing
• Background in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms
