We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Software Engineer to join an international engineering team working on a large-scale banking platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take part in developing and maintaining a key banking platform and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation
• Work on tasks such as:
  • writing and maintaining COBOL code
  • testing (ChangeMan, IDZ / GitHub platform)
  • performance tuning
  • release processing
• Create clear, easy-to-understand documentation
• Provide materials and insights for retrospective incident analysis
• Collaborate closely with multiple technical teams across the organization

Tech stack: COBOL, DB2 environment

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience with COBOL and DB2 environment
• Strong command of English
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with mainframe configuration and management is a significant advantage
