This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the design and user experience across a suite of B2B SaaS products used by operational teams, engineers in the field, and senior leadership. You’ll be the sole designer, working closely with Product Managers and engineering, with real influence over both UX decisions and product direction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Designing complex digital products including:
• Operational management platforms used by service teams
• Field systems used by engineers working with technical assets
• Data-heavy dashboards and reporting tools for leadership

• Own end-to-end UX/UI design across multiple products
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma)
• Maintain and evolve a design system
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Contribute to product roadmap and strategy discussions

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and complex interface design
• Experience with data-heavy products (dashboards, reporting tools, operational platforms)
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into product improvements
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders

Experience in one of the following areas:

• Energy / utilities / infrastructure
• Asset management platforms
• Field service software
• Complex B2B SaaS environments
