The IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist will provide hands-on technical support within a well-established international construction company operating across Europe. The role involves supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and devices across the organization. Working closely with a wider European IT team, the position offers a mix of on-site support and system administration in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Occasional travel to sites outside Prague is part of the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide daily IT support to employees in an international construction company, using both Czech and English.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, networks, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and plotters.
• Set up and configure WAN, LAN, and VPN network infrastructure.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Deploy and maintain software applications (including Microsoft Office, Autodesk, Adobe, and others).
• Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with IT team members across Europe.
• Oversee IT asset management and tracking.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and handle procurement of IT equipment.
• Travel to project sites outside of Prague as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT technologies with a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Category B driving license.
