We are looking for an AI Workflow Process Designer who can rethink and transform marketing operations through intelligent automation and agent-driven systems.

In this role, you will analyze existing marketing and customer communication workflows and redesign them into AI-powered, automated processes. You’ll translate business and marketing needs into structured automation architectures, defining how AI agents, data systems, and marketing platforms collaborate to automatically create, optimize, and deliver customer communications across multiple channels.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining process design, marketing automation, and AI agent orchestration to build scalable, future-ready workflows.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Workflow Discovery & Analysis

• Analyze existing marketing operations and campaign production processes
• Identify manual tasks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
• Map current workflows and dependencies across teams and systems
• Understand channel-specific processes (email, web, IPM, etc.)
• Produce current-state workflow maps and automation opportunity assessments

Agentic Workflow Design

• Design AI-driven marketing workflows that replace manual processes
• Define which tasks should be executed by AI agents
• Design orchestration logic between multiple agents and systems
• Define required data inputs and outputs for automated communication flows

Agent Architecture Definition

• Design the structure and responsibilities of individual AI agents
• Define agent roles, capabilities, and required AI tools
• Specify triggers, inputs, outputs, and agent-to-agent handoffs
• Ensure smooth interaction between agents and marketing platforms

Continuous Workflow Optimization

• Improve and refine automated workflows over time
• Monitor performance and identify further automation opportunities
• Ensure scalability and operational efficiency of AI-driven marketing systems

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or workflow design
• Strong understanding of AI-driven systems, automation platforms, or agent architectures
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical workflows
• Experience mapping complex processes across marketing channels and data systems
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation and process-design skills
