Join an international financial services environment as a Functional Analyst, contributing to the development of a large-scale multi-tenant data warehouse supporting regulatory reporting across multiple European markets.
You will work on a strategic data platform used for regulatory and risk reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Work with complex data models and ensure data quality and consistency
- Support implementation of new data requirements into internal or external tools
- Define and execute test scenarios (UAT), identify issues, and support bug fixing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and business teams
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Knowledge of banking products and financial concepts (e.g. principal amount, market value, gross carrying amount)
- Experience with at least one regulatory reporting framework (e.g. COREP, LCR, NSFR, FRTB, IRRBB, FinRep, Solvency II)
- Hands-on experience with SQL (data querying, joins, analysis of complex datasets)
- Experience with the implementation of data requirements or reporting solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to quickly understand complex topics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Clear and structured communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Stakeholder management across different functions (risk, audit, compliance, etc.)
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Willingness to continuously learn in a fast-changing environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools or analytics platforms
- Experience with data migration or implementation projects
