As a Procurement Business Engagement & Analytics Senior Specialist, you will collaborate on critical procurement projects, maintaining governance and driving data transparency through hands-on analytics, including creating dashboards and automated reports to facilitate efficient decision-making.

You will be part of the General Procurement team dedicated to Marketing and Real Estate & Facilities. This team manages sourcing for a variety of services, ensuring transparency and innovation in procurement processes, while also supporting sustainability goals and operational efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions that enhance data visibility.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional procurement projects, ensuring effective planning and delivery.
  • Maintain PMO governance, manage project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive digital transformation in Procurement leveraging tools like Power BI and Microsoft 365.
  • Consolidate and structure data from various sources including SharePoint and Ariba.
  • Optimize SharePoint sites for improved data management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistent reporting standards, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance governance structures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in indirect procurement.
  • Understanding of RFX processes, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Experience in project management, analytics, or business operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data automation.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities effectively.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Power BI skills.
  • Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps.
  • Stakeholder management experience in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proactive in identifying gaps and suggesting process improvements.
