We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst for our client to join a growing, collaborative team.

In this role, you will connect business needs with technology solutions, working with data to support decision-making and improve processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to delivering impactful, data-driven outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Work with data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories
• Collaborate with technical and BI teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Monitor implemented solutions and suggest enhancements
• Support project planning and prioritization activities
• Facilitate meetings and communicate findings clearly

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Proficiency in data modeling, reporting tools, and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with business process reengineering and automation
