For our client, we’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join an international manufacturing company undergoing continuous digital transformation. JOB SUMMARY

• Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects from planning through successful implementation.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across IT and business departments in an international environment.
• Building project roadmaps, defining milestones, and tracking project progress.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders and senior management, providing clear project updates and recommendations.
• Ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Driving continuous improvement of project delivery processes and project governance.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Several years of experience managing IT projects in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously or leading large-scale IT initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of modern IT technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional level of English for daily communication within an international environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing company or another enterprise environment is considered an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are welcomed.
