We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges while shaping engineering best practices.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Advanced Analytics professionals
• Design and build scalable data platforms and data pipelines
• Architect data management and data modeling solutions
• Develop Machine Learning, AI, and Advanced Analytics use cases
• Build and optimize data workflows using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS
• Prototype, test, and deploy end-to-end data solutions
• Collaborate with global Engineering, Product, and Research teams
• Drive technical strategy and establish engineering best practices

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning
• Proven experience leading technical teams and complex engineering initiatives
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and scalable data platforms
• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS
• Experience deploying Machine Learning models into production
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or modern AI frameworks is a strong advantage
