They are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer who will play a key role in shaping IPv6 networking capabilities across enterprise and ISP-grade platforms.

This is an opportunity to work on core networking technologies and contribute to the development of embedded software powering modern routing and connectivity solutions. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and QA engineers to design, optimize, and deliver robust IPv6 features for large-scale deployments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, and maintain IPv6 networking features within embedded router firmware and software platforms
• Ensure seamless IPv4/IPv6 coexistence through technologies such as dual-stack, tunneling, NAT64, DS-Lite, and MAP-E
• Optimize and troubleshoot IPv6 forwarding, security, and QoS functionality
• Collaborate with product managers and system architects on feature definition and roadmap planning
• Support testing activities by contributing to test strategies, simulations, and automation approaches for IPv6 features
• Analyze and resolve complex networking and performance-related issues

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in embedded networking software development
• Strong hands-on experience with IPv6 technologies and protocol stack implementation
• Expertise in:
  • IPv6 address management
  • DHCPv6 and SLAAC
  • IPv6 Prefix Delegation
  • Enterprise, ISP, and mixed IPv6 network environments
• Advanced programming skills in C/C++
• Experience with Linux-based networking stacks
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and technical documentation abilities
