Project Scope: International Battery Systems Development

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for automotive battery modules and battery packs.
• Own electrical engineering activities across all product development stages
• Define and review electrical architectures, power distribution networks, interconnects, protection circuits, and monitoring systems.
• Drive design decisions related to battery management systems (BMS), high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, test, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure robust product development.
• Manage technical interfaces with suppliers and external development partners.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the automotive, e-mobility, battery, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Fluent English is required.
