No weekends, no nights, just dayshift 3x in the office, 2x HO 

Location: Praha 8 – Vysočany

POPIS POZICE

What would you do?

• Direct support of internal users and their SW/HW at L1 level
• Management of hardware/software, PCs, mobile phones and accessories for German speaking end users
• Installation of HW and SW components
• Analyzing and resolving reported technical issues and requests based on the ticketing system
• Communication and cooperation with internal employees in person, by phone and email
• Teamwork across the company Collaboration on group IT projects

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

We are looking for these skills and knowledge:

• German language at the C1 level
• Experience in the field of IT at least 1 year
• General technical knowledge of IT services (Windows, O365, SW/HW installation)
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proactive approach to work, independence but also the ability to cooperate in a team
• Patience and willingness to help internal employees and colleagues in the team
• English language is an advantage, not a necessity
