JOB DESCRIPTION

This position welcomes recent graduates and candidates with less experience in IT Helpdesk Support.

• Delivering technical support and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical products.
• Recording end user problems within the ITSM tool.
• Following predefined procedures and maintaining knowledge resources.
• Overseeing and monitoring the progress of ticket resolution to manage backlog effectively.
• Actively engaging in ongoing service enhancement, which includes creating knowledge scripts and updating training materials.
• Collaborating closely with on-site IT technicians for swift and efficient technical issue resolution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proficiency in German and English for daily communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical abilities, particularly in troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and adept at multitasking.
• Team player.
