JOB DESCRIPTION
- Delivering technical support and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical products.
- Recording end-user problems within the ITSM tool.
- Overseeing and monitoring the progress of ticket resolution to manage backlog effectively.
- Actively engaging in ongoing service enhancement, which includes creating knowledge scripts and updating training materials.
- Collaborating closely with on-site IT technicians for swift and efficient technical issue resolution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proficiency in German and English for daily communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Advanced expertise in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly in troubleshooting
- Effective communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adept at multitasking
- Team player
