Our client, an IT and Engineering Solutions company spanning EMEA and the USA looking for dynamic individuals to join the international team. While experience in Service Desk roles is preferred, we are also open to considering junior candidates who possess the required language skills – fluency in both English and German.

Remote Option: For those based in Czech Republic, we offer a hybrid or remote work setup.


  • Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on 
  • Document user issues meticulously in ITSM tool
  • Adhere to processes and update knowledge documents
  • Manage ticket backlog
  • Drive continuous service improvement
  • Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians


  • Fluent in German and English are must-haves
  • Proficient in MS Office apps
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
