Release Train Engineer
Our client is seeking a talented Release Test Engineer to join a dynamic organization that supports banks and insurance companies.
As a Release Train Engineer, you’ll lead and ensure the efficient delivery within the Agile Release Train (ART). You’ll be the go-to person for continuous improvement of processes and facilitating the seamless operation of the ART.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- A trusted servant leader and coach for the ART
- Ensure smooth and efficient ART delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters
- Facilitate key ART events such as PI planning and system demos
- Mentor Scrum Masters and teams, coordinating activities and managing dependencies
- Continuously work on improving processes for more rapid and efficient outcomes
- Foster an environment that supports teams’ commitments and growth
- Regular communication with stakeholders, risk management, and issue escalation
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager
- Oversee capacity planning, skill management, and performance reporting for the ART
- Participate in leadership and RTE communities of practice
- Accountable for the overall test strategy, ensuring improvement in testing through automation and shift-left practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Proven experience in software development and Agile facilitation (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
- Experience working with cross-border teams
- Previous roles in technical design, functional analysis, or project/program management
- SAFe certification is a strong plus
- Experience with multiple Scrum teams and mentoring leadership on Agile practices
- Expertise in interpreting Agile metrics and release development
- A SAFe-Agile mindset, with a knack for problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching teams
