JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take full ownership of IT projects from planning to execution – including infrastructure upgrades, office relocations, network deployments, and platform integrations (e.g., Citrix environments)
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, finance, HR) and coordinate with third-party vendors and engineering providers
• Drive stakeholder alignment and project delivery through clear timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with the IT Director and IT Support Manager to align project execution with broader IT strategy and operational needs
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining visibility into priorities, blockers, and dependencies
• Support project governance with structured reporting, project documentation, and progress tracking
• Identify improvement opportunities in project workflows and contribute to standardizing project delivery practices across the region

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in internal IT environments (not external client delivery)
• Proven track record managing end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and rollout
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable plans
• Experience coordinating cross-border teams and external providers (especially in Citrix, Microsoft 365, and general enterprise IT ecosystems)
• Strong project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or similar
• Fluent English (C1+ level) – both written and spoken – essential for cross-border collaboration
• Ability to thrive under pressure and bring clarity, structure, and motivation to demanding project cycles
