Our client, a well-established international manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Business Application Specialist to join their team in the Czech Republic. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain clear documentation of business processes and system workflows
• Collaborate with global teams to improve end-to-end business processes and reporting
• Support ERP (primarily D365) onboarding, including training, work instructions, and process mapping
• Monitor operational practices to ensure alignment with defined standards
• Assist in deploying and optimizing IT solutions globally
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operational teams 
• Provide training and user support using a variety of formats and materials
• Participate in system testing and validation for new solutions and updates

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Native Czech speaker with fluent English
• Solid experience in operations within a manufacturing environment
• Background in ERP-supported functions such as production control, procurement, inventory, or planning
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly beneficial
• Ability to document workflows and prepare user guides or training materials
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an independent mindset
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities and collaborating across cultures
• Prior experience with process improvement or digital transformation is a plus
• Familiarity with project-based manufacturing or solution selling environments is an advantage
