Ready to shape the DevOps future in a company where automation, cloud, and innovation drive success? We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our CSD division and take ownership of infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud-based application delivery.

• Based in Prague or work remotely within the Czech Republic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement DevOps processes across applications and infrastructure in our CSD division.
• Manage and optimize systems in Azure Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments and improve operations.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Define infrastructure using Terraform (IaC approach).
• Build and manage monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Azure Monitor, Splunk, New Relic).
• Ensure infrastructure and application security using Qualys, WIZ.
• Occasionally support app development with selected components.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We value real skills and curiosity over perfection – but this is what we’d love to see:

• Experience with DevOps / GitOps automation principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git and GitLab (pipelines, runners).
• Strong command of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Working knowledge of Linux shell and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and networking.
• Understanding of SQL, cloud DBs, and managed DB services.
• Practical use of Docker and container tools.
• Experience managing Kubernetes infrastructure and Azure AKS.
• Experience with monitoring design and implementation.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• English at a professional level (spoken and written).
