As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Security Operations, you’ll oversee the company’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage key areas of cybersecurity including network security, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection.You’ll lead a talented team of analysts and engineers, design proactive threat detection and incident response strategies, and ensure compliance with global regulations, from GDPR to ISO 27001.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SOC Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and evolve SOC operations to ensure rapid detection and response to security threats.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, response procedures, and incident escalation plans.
• Drive automation and integration of threat intelligence to strengthen overall defense.
• Oversee SIEM, SOAR, and monitoring platforms for optimal performance and accuracy.

Network Security

• Safeguard enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Collaborate with network engineering on secure architecture design.
• Investigate and respond to network-based threats.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Manage policies and technologies for SSO, MFA, and privileged access.
• Oversee lifecycle management, access reviews, and audit readiness.
• Align IAM strategy with compliance and governance standards.

Data Protection

• Implement and operate DLP, encryption, and data classification systems.
• Develop secure data handling policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and respond to data incidents across the organization.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, coach, and mentor a skilled cybersecurity team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, legal, and compliance teams.
• Contribute to enterprise security roadmap and risk management efforts.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience leading security operations or SOC teams.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR platforms (e.g., Splunk, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike).
• Expertise in network security, IAM, and data protection frameworks.
• Proficiency with Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, and Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR).
• Bonus: Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC highly valued.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
