We are looking for an experienced BI Developer who wants to play a key role in turning data into actionable insights. You will work with a modern cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake), design robust data models, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI that support decision-making across an international organization.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, solid SQL skills, and hands-on experience in business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into data solutions, and help shape how data is used to drive strategy and performance at scale.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, integrate, and maintain data pipelines into a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake).
• Transform and model data.
• Develop meaningful, business-driven reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with developers, a tester, and a Team Lead on data modeling and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Work exclusively with internal clients – maintaining the company’s data warehouse, ingesting data, preparing data models, and delivering reports.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and clear technical communication within the team.
• Participate in innovative internal projects.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and thoughtful problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI / data analytics / data warehousing.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse principles and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (alternatively Oracle or BigQuery with willingness to work in Snowflake).
• Experience delivering production-ready reports and dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
