JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as the main point of contact between local business teams and global IT
• Ensure alignment with global IT strategy, policies, and standards
• Support and coordinate global IT initiatives and deployments at a local level
• Manage local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations
• Take ownership of site IT operations (e.g., openings, closures, relocations)
• Drive continuous improvement of IT services and user experience
• Handle escalations and collaborate with global product teams when needed
• Work closely with local leadership to identify and deliver IT solutions
• Coordinate onsite IT support and optimize service delivery
• Provide local expertise and ensure smooth communication with end users

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience in IT management (including people management)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Strong communication skills, able to connect business and technical teams
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems effectively
• A collaborative, proactive, and relationship-driven mindset
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
