Regulatory Reporting Analyst | Banking | SQL | Hybrid | Prague

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Write and use SQL queries to analyze data, investigate issues, and validate reporting outputs.
- Support the implementation of new regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams in an international environment.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Required:
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience with regulatory, risk, or financial reporting.
- Knowledge of at least one regulatory reporting framework, such as:
- COREP
- FINREP
- LCR
- NSFR
- FRTB
- IRRBB
- Solvency II
- Strong SQL skills, including data querying, joins, and analysis of complex datasets.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience supporting reporting implementations, regulatory initiatives, or data projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data warehouses or regulatory reporting platforms.
- Experience with data migration or implementation projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Experience with UAT, SIT, or other testing activities.
