WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Write and use SQL queries to analyze data, investigate issues, and validate reporting outputs.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams in an international environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Required:

• Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience with regulatory, risk, or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of at least one regulatory reporting framework, such as:
  • COREP
  • FINREP
  • LCR
  • NSFR
  • FRTB
  • IRRBB
  • Solvency II
• Strong SQL skills, including data querying, joins, and analysis of complex datasets.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting reporting implementations, regulatory initiatives, or data projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data warehouses or regulatory reporting platforms.
• Experience with data migration or implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Experience with UAT, SIT, or other testing activities.
