JOB SUMMARY

  • Platform Strategy & IntegrationTake ownership of the functional design of our core platform, shaping the logic behind entitlements, digital fulfillment, and quota management within a unified horizontal technology framework.
  • Collaboration with EngineeringWork closely with development teams and the Enterprise Solution Architect to design scalable APIs and backend services that address key customer needs and ensure long-term system scalability.
  • Telemetry & Performance InsightsEstablish and maintain comprehensive telemetry frameworks to capture meaningful metrics, enabling visibility into system health, data reliability, and customer usage patterns.
  • Product Backlog OwnershipOwn and continuously prioritize the technical product backlog, balancing new feature development, technical debt, and issue resolution based on business impact and system stability.
  • Roadmap Planning & AlignmentContribute to the shared services roadmap, ensuring alignment on technical dependencies, milestones, and migration plans across fulfillment platforms.
  • Stakeholder ManagementPartner with both technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications that support the overall product vision.
  • Agile DeliveryActively participate in Scrum ceremonies and product sprints, tracking progress throughout the development lifecycle and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Technical Product Management4–6 years of experience in technical product management, ideally focused on platform integrations, shared services, system migrations, or data mapping.
  • Strong Architectural UnderstandingAbility to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects on API design, system dependencies, and data flow concepts, particularly within digital fulfillment and entitlement-driven environments.
  • Data & Analytical SkillsSolid SQL knowledge and hands-on experience working with complex datasets to validate product behavior, monitor telemetry, and ensure the accuracy of quota-related logic.
  • Attention to Detail & Process ManagementProven track record of managing complex technical backlogs with a high level of detail, while maintaining alignment with broader delivery timelines and project objectives.
  • Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
