Do you have solid experience with SAP Basis administration and SAP authorization management? Would you like to become part of an international IT organization where you’ll help shape SAP security, governance, and system operations across a global SAP landscape?

For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP Basis & Authorization Administrator to join their central SAP team supporting international business operations.

JOB SUMMARY

• Administer users, roles, and authorizations across a complex SAP landscape.
• Design, create, and maintain authorization concepts and SAP roles across multiple SAP modules.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on business and process role management.
• Develop and continuously improve SAP security and authorization concepts.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses.
• Design, implement, and further develop XAMS solutions.
• Analyze and resolve SAP-related incidents, requests, and support tickets.
• Administer hybrid SAP environments including:
  • SAP ERP
  • SAP CRM
  • SAP NetWeaver
  • SAP HANA
  • ASE Databases
  • On-premise and cloud infrastructures
• Support and coordinate SAP projects and transformation initiatives.
• Drive automation of operational and administrative processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience with SAP user and authorization management
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and security governance
• Experience with XAMS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive approach
• Czech, Slovak, or Polish language is not required
• English and German minimum B2 level
