They are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Technical Lead who will drive product development from concept to launch and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

This position combines product leadership, technical understanding, and project management. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to define product requirements, prioritize development initiatives, and help bring impactful features to market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead software product initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Define product specifications, roadmap priorities, and release schedules
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
• Translate market research, user feedback, and usability insights into product requirements
• Identify risks, resource constraints, and dependencies while proactively managing priorities
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions
• Ensure product quality, performance, and long-term scalability

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management within the software industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Marketing, and other stakeholders
• Solid technical understanding of software systems, technologies, limitations, and architecture
• Fluent English communication skills
